ACE Subscription Terms

1. ACE is an information and data provider. ACE is not a licensed real estate or buyer's agent and does not act for any buyer or seller.
2. ACE never contacts property owners, makes introductions, negotiates, bids or handles funds.
3. Subscribers must hold a current licence. They make all decisions and are responsible for complying with property agent, privacy, spam and Do Not Call laws when contacting anyone.
4. Flat monthly membership fees, never tied to any purchase.
5. Data comes from public and licensed sources and may contain errors or gaps, so verify everything independently. To the extent the law allows (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), ACE does not warrant that data is accurate, complete or always available.
6. Briefs, the deal calculator and research reviews are general information only. They are not financial product advice, credit assistance, legal, tax or valuation advice.
7. Outputs contain no personal owner information. Data is for the subscriber's own business use and may not be resold or shared.
8. Month to month. Cancel anytime by emailing ace-admin@awareness-ace.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made. Prices or these terms change only with at least 30 days' email notice, and you can cancel before the change applies.
